If you are the sort of person that responds well to slightly more intense tution, our one-to-one individual lessons will be the ideal form of tuition.

The impression that this sort of tuition is strictly for those that take their music very seriously is purely a myth. Retaining the fun and relaxed manner that all our lessons take, it is simply the case that you will generally make speedier progress with individual tuition. In this type of lesson it is possible to structure the content to each student's personal requirements, ensuring that every moment of the lesson offers the very best value for money.

"VIRTUAL TEACHER SOFTWARE" - PIANO & KEYBOARD

One of the finest learning aids on offer at the Allegro Music Academy is our unique "Virtual Teacher Software". When you come for your lesson your teacher can quickly and easily make a digital recording of the piece, or pieces you will be learning during the coming week. If you have a compatible instrument at home you can replay this recording as many times as you like in order to hear the correct way in which to play the piece. In fact you can even choose to play along with your teacher using either one hand or both hands at a time.

If you would like to take advantage if this excellent tool but do not have a compatible instrument, a member of staff will be happy to talk to you regarding an upgrade option to a suitable model.


EXAMINATIONS & MORE TRADITIONAL LESSONS

If you or your children are looking to take a slightly more traditional route with your tuition, our teachers are able to offer lessons that will prepare you for taking a formal exam. Many students choose to study from the Associated Board of the Royal School Of Music syllabus, whist others follow the ever popular Rockschool program.
